Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Fenity garment tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
